Online booking

A garage booking system that fills the diary while you work

Customers book around the clock from your own website, against the slots you can genuinely take. Nobody answers the phone, and nobody writes it on a pad.

  • Bookings taken 24/7, including when you are closed
  • Availability read from your live diary, by service and bay
  • Confirmations and reminders sent without you touching them

More bookings, fewer phone calls

Every booking taken online is one nobody had to write down, read back, or ring to confirm.

Booked while you are under a car

Most people sort their car out in the evening, which is exactly when nobody is on the desk. An online booking system for garages takes the work at nine at night and it is in the diary before you open.

Only the slots you can actually take

Availability comes from your live diary, your bays and your opening hours. A customer cannot pick a Tuesday you are closed, or a slot that is already gone, because those slots are never shown.

They turn up because they were reminded

A confirmation goes out the moment they book and a reminder before the appointment. An empty ramp costs you the whole slot, and a reminder is the cheapest thing that prevents it.

From click to confirmed booking

Four steps, all of them the customer's.

1

Choose a service

They pick from the services you offer, at your prices, with the duration you set for each one.

2

Choose a time

Only slots you can genuinely service are offered, worked out from your bays, hours and existing bookings.

3

Add the vehicle

A registration lookup fills in the make, model and details, so the job is right before it reaches you.

4

Get confirmed

Confirmed on the spot, and in your diary before they have closed the tab.

One diary, and the website reads it

The booking page and the front desk read the same diary. Nothing is copied across overnight, there is no second calendar to keep in step, and there is no gap in which two people can be given the same ramp.

  • Capacity worked out per bay, technician and service length
  • A slot disappears the moment somebody takes it
  • Your opening hours and closed dates are respected automatically
  • Bookings land in the diary rather than an inbox somebody has to clear

Garage booking software built around your workshop

Your services, your prices, your hours, your rules. The booking journey is configured to match how the workshop actually runs, rather than asking you to run it the way the software expects.

  • Set your own services, durations and prices
  • Booking rules and lead times so nothing lands tomorrow morning
  • Ask for the details you need to prepare the job before it arrives
  • Runs on your own domain, or a GarageSphere subdomain if you would rather not touch DNS

Fewer no-shows, less chasing

The customer gets a confirmation immediately, a reminder before the day, and somewhere to check what they booked. Most of what causes a wasted slot is a customer who forgot.

  • Confirmation sent the moment the booking is made
  • Reminders by SMS and email ahead of the appointment
  • Customers can see the booking, past jobs and invoices in the portal
  • Bookings feed straight into the digital vehicle health check workflow

Frequently Asked Questions

No. They can book as a guest in a few taps, which is what most people do. If they have a customer portal login they will also see the booking, their past jobs and their invoices there afterwards.

That is the point of reading availability from the live diary rather than a separate calendar. Slots are worked out from your bays, technicians, opening hours and existing bookings, and you set booking rules and lead times on top. A slot you cannot service is never shown in the first place.

A form sends you an email that somebody still has to read, check against the diary and reply to. This writes the booking into the diary against a service and a time you have already agreed to, and confirms the customer immediately. The work is done by the time you see it, not created by it.

Yes. The booking page and customer portal can run on your own domain, or on a GarageSphere subdomain if you would rather not manage DNS records. Both work the same way as far as the customer is concerned.

Yes, if you offer it. MOTs are a service like any other, so you set the duration, the price and which bays can take one. Pair it with MOT reminders and the reminder that goes out can send them straight to the booking page.

It lands in the workshop diary immediately, where you can move it to a different bay or technician, and convert it into a job card when the work starts. Website bookings are tagged as such, so you can see how much work the site is actually bringing in.

No. If you have one, the booking page runs on it. If you do not, the website builder is included on every plan and will build you one, with the booking page and live availability already wired in.
