Companion app
A technician app with the whole job in their hand
Job cards, time tracking, vehicle checks and parts requests on the device already in their pocket. Nobody walks to the office to write something down.
- Assigned jobs and schedules on the phone
- Time tracked against the job, not a paper sheet
- Photos and video captured at the vehicle

Works across every step
How we can help you
Most of the admin a technician does is transcription: writing down what they already know so somebody else can type it in again.
All Jobs at Your Fingertips
The jobs assigned to them, in order, with the vehicle and the work already on the card. No printed sheet to lose.
Time recorded where the work happens
Start and stop against the job itself. The hours land on the job card, so the invoice reflects the work that was actually done rather than a figure reconstructed on Friday afternoon.
Digital Vehicle Health Checks
Run the check at the vehicle with photos and notes against each finding, and send it while the car is still on the ramp.
A job, from the technician's side
Five steps, all of them on the phone in their pocket.
Pick up the job
Their assigned work, in order, with the vehicle already on it.
Track time
Clock on against the job so the hours reach the invoice.
Run the check
Complete the vehicle health check with photos at the vehicle.
Request parts
Raise what is needed against the job without walking to the office.
Hand it back
Notes and labour recorded, ready for the front desk.
Tailored for your needs
Everything a technician needs to start, record and finish a job, and nothing beyond that. The app is deliberately not the whole platform shrunk onto a phone, because a technician holding a spanner does not need a reporting suite.
- Their own jobs for the day, in the order they should be done
- Clock on and off against the job rather than the day
- What was done to this car last time, before they start on it
- The full job card, readable on a phone in a bay
Parts Requests from the bay
A technician who needs a part raises it against the job from where they are standing, and the front desk sees it without being told.
- Raise a part against the job rather than shouting across the workshop
- See what is on the shelf before asking for it
- The request appears on the job card the office is already looking at
- Notes and labour recorded as the work happens, not from memory after
Evidence that builds trust
A photo attaches to the finding it belongs to, so a recommendation reaches the customer with a picture of the reason sitting next to it. That is the whole argument for doing checks on a phone rather than a clipboard.
- Photo and video captured at the vehicle, not reconstructed later
- The whole health check completed in the bay
- Evidence attached to the finding, not a separate folder
- Customer sees it on their phone and can approve from there

Frequently Asked Questions
It runs on phones and tablets, iOS and Android, and is included with every plan at no per-technician charge.
The app is built for use in a bay. Where connectivity drops, work can continue and syncs when the device is back on the network.
No, and deliberately. They see the jobs assigned to them and what they need to record against those jobs. Giving every technician the full platform on a phone would be worse for them and worse for you, and permissions are yours to widen if your workshop runs differently.
Yes. Photos and video attach to the finding they belong to and go out with the vehicle health check report, so the customer sees the actual component rather than a description of it.
No. Every plan includes unlimited users, and the app is part of the plan rather than an add-on. Putting a per-seat price on the tool your technicians use is how garages end up with two of them sharing a login.
It goes onto the job card, and the job card becomes the invoice. So the hours billed are the hours recorded against the work rather than a figure reconstructed at the end of the week from memory.
The app does four things: show me my jobs, start and stop the clock, take a photo, and complete a check. It is deliberately narrow for exactly this reason. If someone can use a phone camera they can use this, and the alternative they are being moved off is usually a clipboard they also disliked.
Put it in a technician's hand
The people who decide whether this works are in the bay, not the office. We will show them, not you.
