The work you already have, coming back

The dates that bring a customer back are already in your system. Reminders are just the system using them.

It remembers so nobody has to

Book the work as usual and the reminder schedules itself from the date on the record. Nothing to diarise, nothing to chase, and nothing that stops happening the week everyone is flat out.

The conversation stays with the car

Message a customer about their job from the record itself. Six months later the exchange is still against that vehicle, rather than in somebody's phone who has since left.

Tell everyone at once when you need to

A closure, a price change, a winter check offer. Reach a group of customers in one go rather than working down a list on the phone between jobs.

How a reminder finds its way out

Four steps, none of which anyone has to remember.

1

Book the work

An MOT or service goes into the diary as usual.

2

The date is recorded

GarageSphere keeps the due date against the vehicle.

3

Reminder scheduled

A message is queued for the right moment, in your wording.

4

The work comes back

The customer books again, often straight from the message.

MOT reminders, service reminders, and the ones in between

Reminders are driven by the dates on the vehicle record, so they keep working whether or not anyone is thinking about marketing that month.

  • Scheduled from the MOT and service dates you already hold
  • Timing and wording set once, in your settings
  • Booking confirmations sent the moment a slot is taken
  • Declined advisories become a reason to make contact

SMS and email from the same conversation

Email is included with every plan. SMS is charged per message from credits, so you only pay for the channel when you choose to use it.

  • Email included on every plan, with no per-message charge
  • SMS from 6p a message on the larger credit packs
  • In-app notifications for the things only the team needs to see
  • Every message kept against the job it belongs to

Templates in your words, not ours

Pre-built templates to start from and your own to save, so a reminder reads like your garage wrote it rather than like a system did.

  • Pre-built Templates for the common reminders
  • Custom Templates saved in your own wording
  • Customer details merged in automatically
  • Consistent tone whoever presses send

Frequently Asked Questions

Email reminders are completely free. Texts are charged from your SMS credits at between 10p and 6p per message, depending on the size of the credit pack you buy.

No, unlike other forms of marketing reminders do not require explicit consent as they are covered under what's called legitimate interest.

Simply book services and MOTs into your diary as usual. GarageSphere automatically tracks these dates and sends reminders at the appropriate time. You can customise the timing and message content in your settings.

From 6p a message on the larger credit packs, and 10p or 8p on smaller ones. You buy credits and use them, so there is no monthly messaging fee sitting there whether you send anything or not. Email is included on every plan at no per-message charge.

From the vehicle record. MOT dates come through DVSA MOT history and refresh themselves, and service dates come from the work you have done. Nobody maintains a separate reminder list, which is the part that always stops being maintained.

Replies stay attached to the customer and vehicle record rather than landing in one person's inbox. That matters most when the person who sent the original message is on holiday and somebody else has to pick the conversation up.

Contact preferences are held against the customer, so opting somebody out stops the automated reminders as well as the bulk sends. Getting this wrong is a UK GDPR problem rather than an etiquette one, so it is handled at the record rather than left to whoever is sending.

Let the reminders bring the work back

We will look at the MOT and service dates already sitting in your records, and work out how much of next month is already in there.
